'80s Hotties of the Fortnight: Ann & Nancy Wilson

Now I know there are plenty of Ann Wilson detractors out there, unable to forget her mid-'80s weight gain and therefore unwilling to remember how stunning she was in the '70s and early '80s. But even though Ann has been plus-size for more than two decades now, in my book there's no denying the Wilson sisters of Heart fame both continue to enjoy the payoff of quality genes.Of course, reducing one of rock history's best female guitarists in Nancy and one of its most powerful singers in Ann to commentary regarding physical appearance may be insult enough. Still, I soldier on out of a sense of duty to bring you a comprehensive portrait of the '80s hottie landscape. Plus, it doesn't hurt that a hot-sister sandwich will always be one of the greatest and most enduring male romantic fantasies.

Ann was a doll even with the weight. I loved her then and now.
I saw them in Oakland back in the early 70″s. It was 90 degrees and they were on the baseball infield. After 10 min. Nacy’s white blouse with ruffles down the middle was soaking wet, she gave us all the best wet shirt views the rest of the set. She did’nt have a bra on so it was nipple city.
It’s funny…there are male rock stars who are fat and ugly and no one holds it against them. Isn’t it time we look at Ann Wilson for her TALENT and guitar chops rather than her size?
Everytime I have seen HEART, I’ve not been more secure in the knowledge that Ann & Nancy Wilson are true, pure and down right trail blazin’ Rock’n'Rollers

A hot sister sandwich, Steve? Any woman would run away screaming at the thought of any physical contact with you! LOL. You seem not such a lightweight to me either. But this is beside the point. The point is artists should be judged by their music performance and their talent. And everyone knows Ann and Nancy have all that! If you want to go for looks, stay with Britney, Christina etc.(though I think they look like crap)musical talent is not to be found there…
I believe the wilson sisters along with other gruopus define an important part of the 80s, when music great. About Ann and Nancy looks, I will always remain in love with both of them, they were, are and always be the most beatifull girl rockers ever
the wilson sisters, what can i say that i dont love about them. since i was born 2/20 54 that puts me right in their demographic. that said, i spent many hours in my 69 chevy van with the 8 track cranked up just as far as the speakers would allow thinking that just about every song on that tape was rocking. didnt hurt that i lived in olympia and felt proud of my local girls. rock on forever
