Counting Down Madonna's Top 10 Songs of the '80s: Hey, That Was Pretty Tough

Madonna is undoubtedly one of those rare '80s artists who continues to record and tour 25 years after her emergence while never having to make a comeback during that time. No, there's no such thing as a Madonna retro tour because there has been no need for one with an artist whose relevance has never really wavered. In fact, come to think of it, for that reason it may not be entirely fair to call her an '80s artist.

For our purposes, however, let's just say anyone interested in what Madonna has done in the past 15 years or so can go straight to her exhaustive website. Do not pass Go, and do not collect $200. But if you're an '80s Madonna junkie, stay right here and behold my personal Top Ten List of Madonna songs from that decade. I say "personal" only because there are a lot of hits to choose from during that period, and I bet there may be some fans out there who disagree with me. Imagine that.
